If you are not 100% satisfied with item (s) you have received from FOSTANI, you can easily return them!
FOSTANI provide full Store Credit as long as the product is received in new condition. If you want the option to return for a Refund, you should add Seel Return Assurance to your order during checkout. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance below.
This falls under our Terms and Conditions:
- Any items you wish to return, you must contact us and request a return within 5 days of delivery.
- The products are received into our warehouse within 14 days from delivery (As documented by relevant courier)
- The products are not worn, used, washed or damaged and the original tags/labels/original hygiene sticker(s) are attached
- To return an item(s) please email: firstname.lastname@example.org providing order number and the reason for return.
- To return an order that you purchased with Seel Return Assurance, please use the Seel Returns Portal and follow the instructions in the Seel Return Assurance policy below and your Seel order confirmation email.
Return authorization numbers will be issued to eligible items. Please note, Sale items, Clearance items, and items purchased with Store Credit / Gift Card are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds unless you add Seel Return Assurance. If you want the option to return sale items and receive a refund, you should add Seel Return Assurance to your order during checkout. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance below.
- Your package must be postmarked within 3 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- If you received free shipping or discounted shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your exchange. Any taxes, duties or customs duty fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.
- please note: you can not request returns when pay by your gift card or store credit.
- Any items after 3 days
Any purchases where a gift card / store credit totals 50% or more of the total purchase price, are not eligible for returns and are considered final sale.
About Seel Return Assurance
Get peace of mind while shopping when you add Seel Return Assurance.
You’ll have the option to return eligible items for a refund by adding Return Assurance at checkout. If you don’t add Return Assurance, you may still have the option to receive store credit or exchange the item depending on the standard return policy (for full details see https://www.fostani.com/pages/return-policy. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.
All standard return policies apply to eligible item(s).The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Seel will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. We will deduct the standard $12 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return.
Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of Return Assurance is nonrefundable.

Order Cancellation, Damaged Product, Disputes, & Refused Packages
If you wish to cancel your order after placing your order online you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and issued a monetary refund and that should be in 24 hours after order placed.
If your order has already payment processed or shipped, it will be considered as an original purchase and processed as any other return following our store policies.
Customer has 24 hours after delivery to inform us if the products they received are damaged / defect or wrong item.
any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and issued a store credit.
Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 30% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
