NADZ LACE PEARL BLUSH

The Nadz Lace Pearl is a high front, high back, long sleeve, mermaid fitted dress. It is a tight fitting dress made of a delicate lace, paired with a mesh layer on top, encrusted in pearls all over. The puffy sleeves give the dress an elegant look.

Dress: Power mesh lining (95% Polyester 5% Spandex) with a lace/mesh over lay encrusted with pearls. Length of dress is 62 inches. Colour may vary due to lighting on images. Items runs true to size chart and is cut to suit our size chart. Please refer to our size chart for the best fit. Our Model is a size small and is 174cm without heels.

FOSTANI provide full Store Credit as long as the product is received in new condition.

 This falls under our Terms and Conditions:

  • Any items you wish to return, you must contact us and request a return within 3 days of delivery. 
  • The products are received into our warehouse within 14 days from delivery (As documented by relevant courier)
  •  The products are not worn, used, washed or damaged and the original tags/labels/original hygiene sticker(s) are attached
  • To return an item(s) please email: returns@fostani.com  providing order number and the reason for return.

 

How do I return something?

Just email: returns@fostani.com immediately after receiving your dress, and send the item/s back to us at the address that will be sent to you by email after approving your request

 

Return authorization numbers will be issued to eligible items. Please note, Sale items, Clearance items, and items purchased with Store Credit / Gift Card  are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

  • Your package must be postmarked within 3 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • If you received free shipping or discounted shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your exchange. Any taxes, duties or customs duty fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • please note: you can not request returns when pay by your gift card or store credit. 
  • Any items after 3 days 

 Any purchases where a gift card / store credit totals 50% or more of the total purchase price, are not eligible for returns and are considered final sale.

Order Cancellation, Damaged Product, Disputes, & Refused Packages

If you wish to cancel your order after placing your order online you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and issued a monetary refund and that should be in 24 hours after order placed.

If your order has already shipped, it will be considered as an original purchase and processed as any other return following our store policies. 

Customer has 24 hours after delivery to inform us if the products they received are damaged / defect or wrong item. 

any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and issued a store credit.

Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 30% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
