1- How can I order from your website?

You can order directly from our website by following below steps:
1 - Refer to the chosen manufacturers size chart, and check against your measurements.  We also have a video walking you through the process to find the perfect size.  After referring to the size chart, select your corresponding size.
2 - Click add to cart button.
3 - Open your cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top right of the screen.
4 - Click checkout.
5 - You will be redirected to the customer information page where you will add your information.
6 - After filling out your information, click "continue to shipping method" choose your shipping preference, then click "continue to payment method"
7 - Choose the payment method you want.
8 - After you add the payment information click "complete order"
We can also create the order for you and send you a payment invoice via email if you require additional assistance.

2- How much will I pay for shipping?

We offer free Domestic Sipping (USA). 

International Shipping cost depends on the shipping method you choose at the checkout:

DHL  3-6 days  = $83

USPS  12-14 days   = $49

ARAMEX  Free on orders over $400

USPS Free on orders over $400

3- When will I receive my order?

For USA customers, delivery time within 2-5 days.

International delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at the checkout:

DHL  3-6 days

5- How can I choose the correct size?

We know that online shopping can be scary for you, especially when it comes to choosing correct size.  We have a detailed size chart from each manufacture for each product we sell under the product description section.  We also have an instructional video on how to order the correct size. 

6- Why you don’t have a physical shop?

According to the Time Use Institute, the average dress shopping trip takes 3 hours in physical stores. If you multiply that by the 2 trip per week average, in order to get finally the dress that you want, that’s over 24 hours you’re spending in the dress shop! Even if Physical shops have a huge collection of dresses, you can’t try all of them because it is a tiring and time consuming mission, we provide you with the professional photos of each style, and you can see them without the need of trying all of them out.  Another thing to consider, physical shops can’t show you all new designs on regular basis because designers come up with new styles regularly and it needs time for shipping, customs and arranging styles in their shop. While we can update you daily  with the latest styles and you also can pre-order them!

10 - Can I cancel my order?

Our order processing system is automated and therefore cannot be cancelled upon ordering. 

11- Do your prices include customs fees?

We try our best to make the customs fees as low as we can.

For Arab countries we handle the customs fees if it shipped out with Aramex.

Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees.  Carrier companies may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs.

Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees.
We suggest you find out what fees are applicable in your country before you order.
